Villa Kupsala is a luxurious villa for 15 people, renovated to suit even the most demanding tastes,
carefully built and tastefully decorated, the villa offers an experience for everyone who needs it.
The villa has 6 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a travel cot for children and 3 mattresses.The bedrooms are all on the first floor, as is the large, beautifully decorated living room with access to the back porch. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a dining area for 12 people. There is also a baking oven in the kitchen and a storage fireplace in the living room.
The sauna area comprises a spacious bathroom with 3 showers, a Harvia electric heated pillar stove.The sauna area is directly accessible from the main door, the palju is located in the immediate vicinity of the sauna area and is available to guests throughout the summer season free of charge.
The villa has 2 toilets and one of them also has a shower. In addition, there is a utility room on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is a billiard room with a cosy sitting area. The villa has 4 TVs including a 55" smart TV in the living room. There is wireless wifi.
The villa is heated energy efficiently with geothermal heating and produces part of its energy with solar panels.
In the backyard there is a summer kitchen with a Jalotaka table grill and a kitchenette (ceramic stove and fridge).
There is also a 2 car carport in the yard.
On the shore of Lake Kotijärvi (400 meters) there is a private beach with a swimming area, a fireplace and of course a rowing boat.
Minimum stay is 2 days and in high season we only rent for weeks!

Prices include final cleaning,pet fee 180 EUR/stay ,linen and towels if needed 14 EUR/person.Minimum rental 2 days,in high season we usually rent for a minimum of weeks,but shorter periods can be booked.
In the season, the chek in /check out day is Monday.
