Appetizing tastes and a warm atmosphere

Stable restaurant Hilupilttuu is WHD Gård’s laid-back and classy restaurant in Nurmaa near Mäntyharju, converted from an old granite stable. Inside the rugged stone walls, you will find a warm atmosphere and glimpses of history. In the past, the building now housing the restaurant was the farm's stable, and our cosy corner bar used to be the stall of the farm's most notorious stallion, “Ihme”. The building is one of the original constructions on the farm and was built in the 1930s. In 2006, it was restored and given a new lease of life.

Stable restaurant Hilupilttuu has seating for 45 guests, and in the summer you can enjoy your food and drinks with a lakeside view on our 20-seat terrace. The restaurant is open on demand all year round for parties, dinners, meetings and training events. Hilupilttuu is a licensed restaurant.
