Day 1. Tertti Manor, Mikkeli
The culinary delights of Tertti Manor are regionally and nationally renowned. Their food philosophy is based on clean, local ingredients, mostly grown on their own land. You will get a peek of their delicious farming cellar full of produce from the summer and autumn gone and hear fascinating stories of the life at the manor house from years gone by.
Day 2. Sahanlahti Resort, Puumala
Food based on high-quality, fresh and local products and the dedication to ethical and responsible farming are the cornerstones of Sahanlahti dining. All of this and the skill of people growing and preparing your food can be clearly tasted on your plate when dining at the atmospheric Koskivahti restaurant at Sahanlahti, built around an old sawmill.
Day 3. Hotel Punkaharju, Punkaharju
The restaurant of Hotel Punkaharju has become a treasure trove of produce from local farms, the forests surrounding the hotel and Lake Saimaa. Hotel Punkaharju is particularly known for its varied and imaginative use of mushrooms.
Day 4. TeaHouse of Wehmais, Juva
TeaHouse of Wehmais is a tearoom-bistro located in Wehmaa manor in Juva. It is specialized in versatile use of tea and pairing high-quality tea with delicious food and pastries. All the dishes and delicacies are prepared from local and organic ingredients and the menu is always changing with the seasons.
