BURBOT DINNER IN LAKE SAIMAA

Uhkua's seasonal dinners will be continued this year as well, and of course the main focus of the first dinner will be the seasonal delicacy burbot!

Fish is caught by ourselves from just around the corner. Other ingredients on the menu are obtained from local producers. The menu is prepared by chef Ilkka Arvola and includes a non-alcoholic warm welcome drink and water. Alcoholic drinks/other drinks according to your taste can be brought with you. If you wish, we can make drink recommendations for the menu.

4.3 Saturday's dinner is open and will take place if we get 8 foodies together. Of course, we also organize custom dinners for 8-12 people. Get in touch, and let's think suitable evening together.
