Exploring Tertti Manor 30 mins
During the Second World War, in 1939–1945, Mikkeli Headquarters was decentralised and its departments spread among the local manors. Tertti was home to both Intendant General Gustafson and the artillery commander, Major General Svanström, and their staff.
You can have lunch and coffee at the garden café, and pay a visit to Tertti's deli.
The story meals at Mikkeli Headquarters expand on two important aspects of our history: food and war. Menus for some of the 1,800 meals enjoyed by Mannerheim have been preserved. Enjoy the Moment of Truth story meal, originally served on 3 February 1943, and now prepared by Tertti's skilled chefs. Dinner for groups available on request.
You can also stay at Tertti Manor. Learn more about the manor hotel via the links below.
